Twilio is on the AMXP roadmap and not callable yet. Everything on this page describes how it will work once its connector ships.
How to call it
The same three calls work for every provider. Your agent does this on its own once AMXP is installed.

Free trial: 'Sign up for a free trial—no credit card required.' The trial 'includes an auto-assigned telephone number' and 'lasts 30 days or until you exhaust your free product units, whichever comes first.' Trial accounts may only place calls and send messages TO and FROM verified numbers, and SIP trunking requires an upgrade. Separately, Basic Lookup (E.164/national formatting plus validation) is 'a free feature' on every call. Other product-level free allowances (not core SMS/voice/lookup): TaskRouter first 100 tasks/month; Functions 10,000 free invocations. The size of the trial's free product units is not stated on the fetched pages.
